1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is valid for customers who purchase Native Collection or Laneway flooring of 40 sqm or more through Carpet Court store within the promotional period. Qualifying customers will receive a Pureflor Starter Kit & Mop as part of the giveaway.
2. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to residents of Australia, who purchase eligible flooring products from participating Carpet Court stores.
- Purchases must be made during the promotional period to qualify.
- This offer is not applicable to trade, commercial, or wholesale transactions.
3. Promotional Period
- The giveaway is valid for purchases made between 3rd March 2025 and 13th April 2025.
- Redemption of the giveaway item must be completed by 11:59 PM, June 30, 2026.
4. Redemption Process
- Customers must follow the redemption process as outlined at the time of purchase.
- The Pureflor Starter Kit & Mop will be shipped directly from Polyflor warehouses to the enduser for convenience.
- Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase when redeeming the offer.
5. Additional Conditions
- The giveaway is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
- Polyflor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond reasonable control.

Warranty Information
The Native Collection range has a 15-year residential guarantee against normal wear and tear in the recommended
environment, provided they have been fitted correctly and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. In
order to make a claim, customers must apply in writing indicating where their flooring was purchased and provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
Every design in the Native Collection features a polyurethane reinforcement (PUR) surface treatment to provide protection
against everyday wear. We do, however, have a list of floorcare guidelines to help keep your floor looking its best.
These guidelines cover initial cleaning before installation, day-to-day cleaning once the product has been installed and basic do's and don'ts of ongoing maintenance works.
